Membership · By invitation

An invitation
to belong.

Think of BV House as your second home — come for lunch, stay to work, spend the day. Each month we offer membership to a small number of people. It starts with an introduction.

I.

A second home.

Not a club you visit — a house you live in. The kind of place you walk into and someone knows your coffee, and your corner of the patio is somehow always free.

II.

Offered, never sold.

Membership isn't something you buy at the door. A small number are offered each month, to people the house feels sure about. The terms come with the offer.

III.

The door, and the day.

First and always a private members' club — the access is the privilege. And it buys you a better day: a morning routine that holds, gym and a class, the sauna, good hours of work from the house, then the pool and a well-made cocktail as the afternoon slows.

The life of the house

Come in the morning.
Stay as long as you like.

This is what a second home means here: the gym at eight, a class on the lawn, the sauna and then the cold plunge, the run club down to the sea. Or none of it — just a quiet table in the garden, your laptop open, good coffee arriving, surrounded by people who were vetted the same way you were. Lunch happens. Evenings happen. You didn't have to plan any of it.

How it happens

Three quiet steps.

I.

Introduce yourself.

A short application — who you are, what you'd bring to the house. No payment details, no commitment. Read carefully, answered always.

II.

Come see us.

Some applicants are invited to experience the house before anything is decided — a class on the lawn, a sauna, a working morning on the patio. You should know what you're joining; so should we.

III.

The offer.

If it fits both ways, we offer you membership. Terms are shared privately with your offer — and from that day, the house is yours.

Membership is offered, never sold. We extend a small number of invitations each month.

Questions Answered

Everything you
might quietly wonder.

Is the house open?

Yes — the house is open, and alive most mornings by eight. New members are welcomed with a personal onboarding as soon as they join.

How many memberships are available?

We don't publish numbers. A small number of memberships are offered each month, and the house is kept deliberately under-attended — that is the entire point of it.

What does membership cost?

Terms are shared privately with your offer. Membership is offered, never sold — if the house feels like yours, start with the application.

What is the application timeline?

Our committee reads every application carefully. The normal timeline is 10–14 working days, and everyone receives an answer.

Can I see the house before deciding?

Yes — that's how we prefer it. Some applicants are invited to experience the house while their application is considered: a class, the spa, a working morning. You'll know it's home before any offer is made.

What if it isn't a fit?

Then nothing is lost — you'll hear from us either way, kindly and promptly. Some applicants are invited to apply again a season later.
